Our school dinners are very healthy and more than 90% of our school think they are great. We are on a mission to make it 100% and the best dinners any primary school has ever seen. Our school cooks work hard to make healthy and tasty meals for us all to enjoy.

Not only has our school provided a healthy and yummy meal for our lunch but it is none stop fun and games in our playground. In our playground we have skipping, bouncy hoppers, adventure trail, wild life area and a  football court. We have loads of grass too play on and lots of fun equipment to play with. For KS2 every morning playtime we are allowed in the wild life area now. In year 6 we have jobs like wake and shake, taking the foundation children outside, checking packed lunches to see if they have eaten enough to last them the other half of the day and buddies and a lot more.

If it`s raining, snowing or stormy we have wet play games in each class so we aren`t bored at wet play. The year 6s have a job where they go to a classroom and have to do the teacher's job which is a really good to do. We have a DVD at lunchtime if it`s wet playtimes.

Miss McDonnell said that dinners are really healthy, and that the behaviour has been good so far and it’s nice to see that lots of people are skipping in the playground. Miss Earp said that she liked the adventure trail. Lots of the teachers think school playtimes and dinners in this school are brilliant.
