We have high expectations of all our children and work very closely with parents to ensure those expectations are upheld. We believe consistency of approach between home and school is the key to successful, confident and respectful children.
As a school we adopt a positive approach to behaviour. Good work, effort, consideration, and politeness are all rewarded within our system. Our positive approach works extremely well to create a happy, orderly and friendly place.
Should inappropriate behaviour occur, parents are contacted as part of our sanctions and agreed strategies are put in place. The first point of contact will usually be the class teacher, but often our Learning Mentor will become involved in working to support children and their families.
Swearing, bullying, racism or homophobic comments are not tolerated under any circumstances.
