We have been exploring 'Magic' by  making our own potions and designing and making our own magic wands.  Some of them looked very powerful!  We also had fun making rock buns, where we developed our skills of mixing and shaping.

It already feels like we have been back in school for ages - the children are so settled.  Thanks for all the home learning , we are very excited to be learning about castles.  This week we have been working on our understanding of place value in Maths and are enjoying listening to Fairy Tales during story time.  I am very proud of how helpful the Year 2s have been, looking out for the Y1s and taking on class roles and responsibilities.  What a great start!

 Hello Ruby Class! 

We are so excited to be your new teachers! We are really looking forward to September and getting to know you all. We have a very busy year ahead with lots of fun learning and exciting things happening. Our first topic will be all about castles.  We hope you all have an amazing summer and we will see you all in September.
