What a busy half term so far! Sutton class have been busy working in teams to research Viking artefacts today. They have found lots of information and will be presenting their findings to the class next Friday.

We have had a fantastic afternoon of PE in Sutton class. The children have been working together as a team and have enjoyed some team games. One of our favourite games was racing each other to get the hoop to the other end of the line and it was great to see all the children working collaboratively.

I am so proud of Sutton class! They have come back to school with a super sensible attitude and all of the children are eager to learn. We have already crammed lots of learning in. Our topic all about the Vikings seems to be popular amongst the class and we are enjoying reading 'How to Train Your Dragon'. We have enjoyed hearing about the characters and are excited to find out what happens next. We are also looking at Vincent Van Gogh and I have been blown away by some of the pieces of art created already.

I am really looking forward to our year together as Sutton class.
